We enjoyed the spacious and clean room, as well as the excellent gym and pool facilities. The hotel's location was convenient, being within walking distance to dining establishments, a church, and the lively night scene of the city. In addition, we loved the breakfast buffet which offered plenty of options and was of good quality.
Nothing, all excellent.

The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were excellent. Very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is about an hour from the airport and 45min from the city. But the Hotel was in close proximity to malls, diners, fast food restaurants and clubs.
The water pressure was a bit low. But apparently its like that in most places.

If you are concern about your safety and security then this you should not go to this hotel. Stayed here last month and on our first night someone opened our door at 1 am !!! and insisting it is a routine room check. My wife jump in fear. Hotel staff said they made a mistake, they thought the room was not occupied. Operation manager francisco agay did'nt even apologies and do not have the decency to speak to me in person when we check out! I demanded that he speak to me when I check out and after 2 hours rang my mobile phone and was cheeky to offer a discount next time I stayed their for the distress they cause me and my family. My only answer to his offer is not in my lifetime unless of course you are ok for someone to open your room at 1 am when you are fast asleep for a routine room check. Again no apology from the operation manager and all he can offer was they will look into this mix up

The room was spacious and had good amenities. The breakfast had a decent variety of options. The hotel was located in a convenient area and was close to many restaurants and shops.
The staff was unhelpful and the service was slow. One of the elevators was out of service during my stay which made it difficult to get around.

The location is great for exploring the city and the nearby nightlife is a plus. the hotel manages a fully booked restaurant well and there is a church nearby. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are functional.
The breakfast options are limited and not very tasty.

The Staff were extremely friendly and efficient, always going that extra mile to ensure that you enjoy your stay. This Hotel is easily the best in this location for value for money, facilities, cleanliness and staff training. I have stayed at this Hotel on numerous occasions and will continue to use this hotel on any future trips the Philippines
There is nothing I did not like

Location is good, on Timog Avenue. Staff was very kind and helpful. Each room has a small balcony. Air conditioning in the rooms is excellent, but the corridors are not air conditioned. There is a Western Union office in the building, which makes changing money very convenient.
The pool was closed for repairs, and the elevators were extremely slow. They need to fire the painter; repainting in the rooms is sloppy, with paint on light fixtures, light switches, etc. WiFi is available but is slow if you are running a video, and you have to pay extra for it.

1) Enough towels 2) TV channel
Many things to improve 1) Service to think more care and consentration to Guest ,not employee ( ex: GIM.time --6 to 9AM and 6to9PM are better) 2) To need message of how to call Telephone as TV channel 3) Check out time in front desk, too long. make automation! 4) Cigarette in pool water (seems bad guest threw out in room) 5) Internet line trouble. 6) Time delay for breakfast and changed menu often ,though ordered. 7) Make remodel 8 floor's space Hey! boss! If I were you, I can make twice cool hotel than existing one without extra input money. Good luck!
